Biography :
I moved to Austin, TX, from the farmlands of Iowa in 1979. In 1984, I became interested in real estate when buying and selling my own property which led me to get my real estate license. Residential real estate and leasing has been my specialty. It’s so rewarding seeing buyers so excited about their home purchases and being so thankful and appreciative of my knowledge, advice and expertise. Helping investors secure quality tenants for their investment rental properties is another facet of the real estate business that I enjoy. I have represented my investors and clients in selling their properties as well. Most of my investors I have worked with for many, many years and those clients have become friends along the way. Austin has changed so much since 1984 but not the fact that I would still love to assist you with any of your real estate needs be it selling, buying or leasing of your investment property. I strive to keep my transactions stress free and fun!
